🛠️ How to Use Your Countdown to the Crown Template with Canva Link

Step-by-step instructions (no design experience required!):

1. Open the Canva Link
   After purchase, you’ll receive a link to the editable Canva template. Click it, then hit “Use Template” to make your own editable copy. You’ll need a free Canva account (no paid plan needed).
2. Upload Your Photos
   You’ll need 30 different headshots or images of yourself. These can be professional, fun, casual, or themed. Drag each photo into a different slide. Want to reuse a few photos? Totally fine—just change up the captions.
3. Edit the Text
   Click the [NAME] section and replace it with your name. Use the bottom text area to write fun facts about yourself—think hobbies, platform passion, pageant prep tips, or even your favorite snacks.
4. Match Your Colors
   You can change the red bar and accent colors to match your pageant system branding or outfit. Just click the red color box and choose a new color from Canva’s palette or use your HEX color code.
5. Resize & Download
   Canva is already set up with the 1x1, 4x5, and Story sizes. You don’t need to resize anything unless you want to tweak.
   ✅ To download: Click Share > Download > PNG or JPG, and select the pages you want.
6. Post in Reverse Order
   Start your countdown by posting Day 30 first, then Day 29 the next day, and so on—ending with Day 1 on the night before the pageant.

You can change colors, fonts, and photos—or just edit the text and go!

🎨 STEP 3: Match Your Brand

To update colors:

• Click the red box (or any design element)
• Choose a new color from Canva’s palette or enter your HEX code
• Repeat for each page to keep your feed consistent and stunning

💾 STEP 4: Download for Posting

When you’re finished editing:

• Click Share > Download > PNG or JPG
• Select the page range or choose “All Pages”
• Save them to your phone or computer

📅 STEP 5: Post in Reverse

Start with “30 Days to Go” and count backward to “1 Day to Go”. This builds momentum, increases visibility, and keeps your followers engaged every single day.

• No 30 pro pics? Mix glam shots, casual selfies, platform pics—just make it YOU
• Use Canva’s duplicate page button to add sponsor shoutouts or extras
